Terms of Service (2026 Global Full-Compliance Deep-Enhanced Edition)
Effective Date: 2026-04-28
These Terms govern user access to applications and services operated by datalogicdev. By downloading, installing, or using our products from Apple App Store, Google Play, or other lawful channels, you agree to these Terms and linked legal documents.
Part I. Account Ownership and License Scope
- Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use software and related services.
- No legal ownership is transferred to users for account systems, in-app virtual goods, or service-side digital assets unless explicitly mandated by law.
- Users must keep account credentials secure. Losses caused by credential leakage, unauthorized sharing, or risky third-party authorization may be user-responsible to the extent permitted by law.
- Inactive account recycling rule: accounts with no login and no paid record for 180 consecutive days may be deactivated after a 30-day prior notice through available channels.
- Account transfer, rental, resale, or commercial misuse is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by written agreement.
Part II. Advertising Policy and Reward Rules (IAA)
1. Reward Eligibility
- Rewards are granted when eligible ad interactions are completed under normal viewing conditions and anti-fraud checks pass.
- Temporary delivery failures due to network or platform delays can be reported through official support channels for verification.
2. Ad Quality and User Reporting
- We apply ad quality controls but third-party ad inventory may vary by network and region.
- Users can report suspected illegal or inappropriate ads via in-app complaint channels. Verified issues may trigger blocking and escalation to ad partners.
3. Advertising Fraud Definitions
Advertising fraud includes, without limitation:
- Using plugins, scripts, modified clients, or automation to skip, accelerate, or fake ad views.
- Mass multi-account or multi-device ad farming for resale or unlawful monetization.
- Manipulating device IDs, IP states, VPN/proxy locations, or system conditions to evade controls.
- Artificially generating ad impressions, clicks, or conversion events.
- Any activity intended to disrupt ad measurement integrity or obtain unjust rewards.
4. Advertising Fraud Penalties
- First confirmed violation: warning, removal of unused ad rewards, and temporary ad-view restrictions (e.g., 7 days).
- Second confirmed violation: longer restrictions (e.g., 30 days), reward reset, and device-level risk tagging.
- Repeated violations: permanent ad privilege termination, potential account/device blacklist, and legal claims for damages.
- Severe abuse (large-scale fraud, ecosystem disruption): permanent bans, platform escalation to app stores, and legal referral where applicable.
Part III. IAP Payments, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution
1. Price and Tax Statement
- Displayed prices may include platform commissions and applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) depending on storefront and jurisdiction.
- Final payable amount is determined by Apple or Google checkout pages.
- Material pricing updates are communicated in advance where required by law or platform policy.
2. Payment Rules
- All transactions are processed through official app store billing channels.
- We do not directly process bank card credentials and do not store sensitive payment secrets.
3. Refund Limits and Exceptional Cases
- Digital goods that are consumed or fully delivered are generally non-refundable unless law or platform policy requires otherwise.
- Potential eligible exceptions include: confirmed non-delivery caused by our technical failure, qualifying unauthorized minor purchases, or major service failure not resolved within reasonable windows.
- Refund requests must follow official App Store / Google Play procedures and may require supporting evidence.
4. IAP Fraud Definitions
- Malicious refund abuse after consuming purchased items.
- Bypassing official billing flows through modified software, scripts, or exploit tools.
- Forged receipts or transaction records.
- Use of stolen payment methods or illicit redemption sources.
- Cross-region price abuse through deceptive VPN/proxy switching for unlawful gain.
- Mass account abuse of promotional offers for resale or arbitrage.
5. IAP Fraud Penalties
- First confirmed violation: warning, removal of fraudulently obtained assets, temporary purchase restrictions (e.g., 15 days).
- Second confirmed violation: longer restrictions (e.g., 90 days), full virtual asset reset, and risk-list registration.
- Repeated violations: permanent account/device ban and store-level escalation.
- Severe violations involving major economic losses may result in civil claims and law-enforcement referral.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
- For suspected account theft or unauthorized minor activity, users/guardians should contact Apple/Google support immediately and submit evidence to us for coordinated review.
Part IV. Anti-Cheat and Security Protocol
The following are prohibited:
- Using VPN/proxy or equivalent methods to bypass region restrictions and pricing controls.
- Using bots, emulators (where prohibited), cheats, modified clients, or unauthorized automation.
- Tampering with app communication packets, protocol manipulation, or data forgery.
- Mass account registration for ranking abuse, volume fraud, or ecosystem manipulation.
- Credential theft, data leakage, or abuse of third-party account rights.
- Device identity tampering to evade penalties or duplicate rewards.
- Distribution of cheating methods, cracked binaries, or fraud facilitation tools.
Enforcement may include warnings, feature restrictions, account/device bans, blacklist actions, data removal for policy enforcement, service termination, and legal action.
Part V. Content Moderation and DSA-Aligned Procedures (UGC if applicable)
- Moderation framework: AI-assisted detection plus human review for escalations.
- Notice-and-action procedure: reported illegal or violating content may be removed after verification, typically within 24 hours for high-risk categories.
- Users can submit appeals; appeal handling targets response within 3 business days where feasible.
- Prohibited categories include illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, fraudulent, rights-infringing, and otherwise unlawful content.
- Users remain responsible for legality, authenticity, and rights-clearance of submitted content.

Part VI. Age and Minor Protection
- Where services involve age-sensitive features, users must satisfy applicable age thresholds.
- Minor processing requires guardian consent where mandated.
- Misrepresentation of age to access restricted functions may lead to suspension or account action.
Part VII. Legal Updates and Periodic Review
- Given evolving US state privacy laws, DSA implementation details, and app store policies, these Terms may be reviewed and updated at least every six months.
- Material changes will be announced through lawful channels.
